SOCEPP: The situation of Ethiopian refugees in Kenya and the Sudan has worsened. Under the cover of action against illegals and would be “terrorists” the operation launched by the Kenyan authorities against, primarily Somali refugees, has now widened to include Ethiopians in all parts of Kenya.
