The alarming light of Ethiopian refugees in Libya has again force SOCEPP to launch an alarm call to the UNHCR and all foreign governments to come to the rescue of more than a thousand Ethiopian refugees and domestic workers suffering Libya where all sides subject them to racism and mistreatment.
