Khartoum:  Ruling National Congress Party (NCP) announces that the decision for deployment of troops on borders with Ethiopia comes under central government mandate and responsibility. It reportedly that NCP gave this statement on Tuesday following Gedari state governor demand for deployment of troops on borders with Ethiopia. The ruling party says the Gedarif governor Karm Allah Abas will come to Khartoum to present details on his statement on this regard. NCP affirms that decentralization law advocates right for legislative council in a respective state to withdraw confidence from the governor. However NCP organizational sector Chief Hamid Sidig denies receiving demand for confidence withdrawal from Gedarif governor.
