By Yelfiwos Wondaya:  The Red Terror in Ethiopia was a reign of terror; a mass execution conducted by Mengistue’s government and carried out by political cadres and Kebeles across the nation. It was a crime committed against humanity and still is fresh in the hearts and minds of all Ethiopians.  And yet the hirelings responsible for carrying out the terror campaign against victims are not brought to justice yet.
